Sr. Eileen Kiely RIP.

It is with great sadness that we let you know of Sr. Eileen Kiely’s death and yet we are deeply thankful to God for the grace of her very peaceful death. Eileen died as the sun rose at 5.30 a.m. She had feared that she might struggle with her breathing when approaching death but God was so, so good to her as her breathing was gentle and like a lamb she left us. She had planned on being in the Chapel for the Retreat talks…the Retreat starts on Sunday night but she will have her own personal encounter with God face to face now.

Our grounds which she cherished are lovely with spring flowers and will bring healing to the hearts of her dear family as they come to be with us today.

Eileen’s motto was: “Love one another, for love is of God”. She will know the fullness of God’s love now in her new home in Heaven and from there help us all through her prayers.

We thank God for Eileen and thank God for giving her such a beautiful death.

The Removal Service will be Sunday at 5.30 p.m. and the funeral at 11.30 a.m. on Monday 1st April.

      Farewell Eileen,

From:

Sr. Rose and all the Sisters in Magheramore and throughout the Congregation.
