Visitors to the Special Olympics in Ireland from Korea and Peru call on the Columban Sisters in Magheramore.

During the Special Olympics, held in Ireland  -   21st to 28th June, 2003 - Magheramore welcomed some of those who had come from Peru and Korea to attend the games.
The Korean delegation was accompanied by Sister Gerardine Ryan,  Fr. Noel O'Neill and Fr. Liam O'Keeffe who work with mentally and physically challenged persons in Korea.
Tim and Ann Ryan, a host family to members of the Peruvian  delegation visited with Ana, the mother of a gold medal winner in  the swimming competition.
