Wednesday, June 21, saw the launch of a new Columban book, MISSION UNIMAGINED, written by Sister Ita Hannaway.  The launch, which took place at the Motherhouse, was centred in a Prayer Service celebrating the life of the subject of the book, namely Mother Mary Finbarr Collins from West Cork, Ireland.

Members of the Collins family participated in the celebration as did a representative of the Sisters of
Charity, many Columban Sisters and members of the staff in Magheramore. Special guests were Father Thomas Yu and his grandniece, Rose, both of whom had come from China to visit Sister Mary Teresita Yu, Fr. Thomas' sister who is ill at present.
